Luxray is good, but i got rid of mine for a raichu with surf from my Battle Revolution game. having surf really helps wipe out those ground types.

I bred to get one with high def and special def, with little or no attack/sp.attk and magic guard. moves for this poke: learned pre-evolution: moonlight (recover hp), follow me (takes all attacks), and defence curl (raise def). last, get minimize when you change the clefairy to a clefable.
use minimize to make your evasiveness MAX out, then use follow me to absorb all attacks. with maxed evasiveness, VERY few attacks will hit you, and both opponents will have to attack you. if they hit you, they hit a tank, and leftovers will often refill you over the next couple turns, if not, moonlight!
