I want a Fender Deluxe Roadhouse Stratocaster or a Fender Deluxe Players Stratocaster. I want both of them in the sunburst color. WHICH SHOULD I GET? Oh and I play blues and rock/classic rock. Definitely the Roadhouse. The guitars are very similar, but the Roadhouse uses Texas Special pickups which are some of the best sounding single coil pickups ever. The Players model comes with the noiseless pickups which just don't sound good to me. I just spent over $1700 on an American Deluxe Telecaster with Fender noiseless pickups and I hate the way they sound. They are getting replaced with Seymour's or Texas Specials.
