Guitar tuning help!!?

I tune my classical by ear to a online virtual tuner... every string is in tune except for the G string!! no matter how i tighten or loosen it the tune is not there. Its either too high or too low and always not that tune. this made me very frustrated >< could it be a problem with the string? pls hlp tia =D
